Dr. Christiane Orsini is a 2014 graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College, who practices small animal medicine. She has a background of emergency work as well as general practice throughout southern Ontario as a locum practitioner. Dr. Christiane is so grateful to be a team member of this fantastic veterinary community and initiative: Smart.Vet! Being able to provide virtual veterinary care to pet owners and their pets is a dream come true. Supporting the veterinary community with caring for the overflow of patients at emergency clinics is an additional bonus. She really enjoys connecting with patients and clients over the video consultation platform and is thankful to be able to provide efficient triage, diagnoses, discussions and treatment plans as well as offer prescription medication when necessary.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing music (drums, guitar, piano) and sports, practicing yoga, traveling, reading and writing poetry. She has a toddler son and three rescue pets (a dog and two cats) whom she adores 🙂

Dr. Becky Call graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph in 2015. Since then, she has been working in small animal clinics in Ontario. Becky loves helping owners provide the best life for their pets and keep them at their healthiest. She has a specific interest in nutrition and loves teaching clients how to make sure their pets are getting all the nutrients they need out of their diet.

Outside of work, Becky enjoys hiking, mountain biking, playing hockey, and spending time with her husband, family, friends and her adorable Hound cross.

With 16 years under her belt as a practicing Canadian veterinarian, 14 of those as a practice owner, Sharon keenly understands the challenges facing clinics and veterinary staff. She is excited to bring her expertise to the table to help provide solutions in a way that benefits the veterinary community as a whole.

Jason brings product design and management to Smart.Vet. With over 15 years experience and a successful exit from his first start-up, Jason has designed and built software solutions used by over 100 Fortune 1000 companies. After Jason adopted a rescue dog in 2015, he became intrigued with pet care and his technology background to began laying blueprint for Smart.Vet

Jeff is the technology mastermind behind Smart.Vet. With over 15 years experience in designing enterprise grade software, and a successful exit from his first major start-up, Jeff has had a love for Animals all his life. Jeff has been instrumental in designing Smart.Vet with Sharon and Jason.

Mike brings the heat and energy to the Smart.Vet team. After succesful business development experience for companies like Tesla, Peleton, and Bell, Mike has dedicated his energy to combining pet care and technology through Smart.Vet
