Take advantage of access to our RVT-operated phone line from 6pm to 8am weekdays, and around the clock on weekends and holidays.
Primary Functions of the RVT line:
Access immediate help for a critical patient: Our RVTs will help to ascertain whether the patient is critical and requires immediate physical care, and if so they will find a hospital that can accommodate them. This prevents patients who are critically ill from waiting in our telemedicine queue and expedites their access to veterinary care.
Scheduling assistance: The phone service is also ideal for clients who prefer to call in and speak with someone directly rather than schedule online. Our RVTs can assist the client with booking a virtual consultation over the phone.
