Message Consultations – Requirements:

Any device using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari 9:23

Phone Consultations – Requirements:

Any device using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. An actual phone is required to communicate with the Pet Owner as the system will call your phone.

Video Consultations – Requirements Summary:

Apple phones and tablets (iPhone 5-11, iPad 2 and up, iPod Touch 5 and up, iPad Mini) are supported using iOS v11.0+ and the Safari browser is required. For all other devices (PCs, Laptops, Android 4.1+), the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox are the required browsers. Do not use Internet Explorer. The device must have a camera and microphone. A Wifi connection is recommended for the best experience but not required.

Internet Connection:

Wired or Wireless Connection to Home or Clinic Internet. The system works over your cell data provider as well, but always check your cell signal strength before doing a video consultation.

Device:

Any device with a camera including Laptop, PC, Smartphone, Tablet
