Setting Availability – English

It is easy to define availability within the platform. Your availability is always defined on the dashboard. We offer 2 different availability options, ad-hoc availability and recurring availability.

With ad-hoc availability, you can simply select the time and day periods in which you can carry out consultations. Once you have specified the availability in the system, your customers can then see this availability and book a consultation with you.
To set ad hoc availability, simply click on a date in the calendar, then add the time intervals during which you can work on that specific date. You can add multiple time intervals to a specific date, for example: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. Once you have finished defining your availability on a specific date, click on the SAVE button (don’t forget to click on Save)

If your schedule is consistent and does not change every week, you can define recurring availability within the platform. Simply click on the “Recurrence” tab in the calendar and add the time slots in which you can work on the specific day, for example: Monday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Don’t forget to click on “SAVE” at the bottom! That way, your availability will never change on the days you’ve specified, and you won’t have to continually update ad-hoc availability.
